Returns
All Urbomo scooters purchased from Urbomo are subject to the below return policy effective July 17, 2023.
Return Eligibility
Unopened Urbomo Scooters are eligible for return until 14 days after delivery. You may request a return by 5pm CST within 14 days after delivery by emailing your order details including address and order number to contact@urbomo.com.
Return Process
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which you are free to arrange independently, or we can arrange shipping and deduct the cost from the refund upon request. All returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
Upon confirmation of your return request, we must receive the returned scooter within 14 days or your return will be canceled and a refund will not be issued.
Scooters that are returned opened or damaged will not be eligible for the standard refund and damages will be assessed at Urbomo’s discretion and deducted from any applicable refund amount.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and will have a 10% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping costs deducted.
Refunds for opened or damaged returns will be assessed in accordance with the above policy outlined under “Return Process”
We will notify you when your refund has been issued, which will occur 5-7 days after your returned scooter has been received.
